No, that's why you have other pillars such as Hubble's law and Olbers paradox. Alone none of them justify a big bang model. Together, they all justify a big bang model.

Wdym? You take astronomical observations, make a simple ansatz for how the metric looks like asymptotically ignoring the matter distribution and then make a dumb calculation as to how far back in time the singularity was and if you are fancy you read Hawking and Penrose about singularities in GR. Universe scale GR is fucking simple to do. Of course that doesn't model what happened with it(quantum gravity, blah blah), but noone can or claims to be able to actually do that, so who fucking cares. Thats all there fucking is to it, you can do all I described yourself in a week, if you care enough to rederive the FLRW equation yourself(which is just a bit of tedious algebra - take -dt^2 +a(t)^2(spatial metric) and plug that shit in boiii, no brain needed, astrophysics isnt really about being smart).

You are simply fooled by thinking that somehow large things=complex, which is dumb. It is about as dumb as saying that thermodynamics of a mug of coffee are hard, because there are 10^30 atoms in it(+-2orders of magnitude, i am eyeballing).
