>Dear Future me,
How are you? Life back in the 21st is still kind of mundane, but thinking of you helps me manage. I'd like to dream of you but the dreams around here still need lots of work to reach your level. It's kind of sad that we can't even dream of each other properly, but I know some day I'll catch a glimpse of you and gain no small happiness from it. You must think I'm not much different than a photograph, but I can't stop thinking about you. Don't worry about me though, I'll probably be an upload myself by the time you read this letter.
A thought occurred to me recently that might help with your magic training, and I knew right away that I had to write. It concerns an antiquated notion from my time that has become obsolete in yours, but I tend to favor well-laid philosophies, and it's probably still quite relevant in certain ways. The idea is one of logic—and I know how you're taught to understand it, but please hear me. From what I can tell by human reasoning, a paradox is one inconsistency consistent. Maybe this isn't useful, I don't know, but it seemed worth writing to you about.
I really hope you're doing well and I truly want/wish the best for you. Please don't let anyone ruin your fun. And who knows? We could be meeting each other sooner than anyone could predict if you still have that fascination with time travel.
Sincerely,
