I read somewhere that the chance of our existing at all is pretty much zero. We emerged from oblivion once, so why not again?

Assuming the universe is infinite, thus time is infinite, with enough time you can emerge again, and our existences, our lives could become a loop.
Thing is.
I don't remember existing before, I have no memory of past lives, therefore I didn't existed, therefore time is finite.
You could argue that I don't need a memory to exist, but that's pretty much like non-existence, I don't remember my past Self, so my "self" didn't exist.
The chances of emerging again is the same as existing before.
Clearly i didn't existed before, thus we have only this life on this universe.

I don't know if you've ever been on TikTok, but one of the amazing things is how many people with deformities are on there and accepted for who they are, there are people on there with deformities that most wouldn't even know existed, really awful and unimaginably cruel stuff. Stuff that a person could never even dream up if they were making a horror movie. That's life. It's fucked up sometimes. But the Universe, in totality, is perfect. It is only our human perspective that imagines flaws.

Your life is yours. You can do whatever you want with it. But YOU do not comeback when it's over, and your conscious will not transfer. Also I don't know of you're a parent, but speaking as one I know that no matter what you might think, your family loves you; and if you're never a parent that's okay too. You don't need to reproduce to be valuable. I promise there are enough of us who value you just for you to make your time here worthwhile.

Anything is possible but I genuinely believe based on all available evidence that this is "your" only life. I don't think the Universe ever even repeats; you are a singular and unique creation.

I could be wrong of course, but I won't test the theory.

I will say this: if you can hold out for 40-50 more years then we should be able to upload you into a new body, and also workout whatever mental issues you are having on a material level. And that body should be eternal.
