Its mostly caused by the nurses fucking up and hitting veins so get a non shitty nurse. But to answer your question myocarditis caused by the vaccine isn't permanent could last a hour could last a week. Covid-19 also causes myocarditis. Seems like its still better to get the vaccine and risk the 1/10,000 chance.

Do you understand what myocarditis actually is? It has serious risks even after recovering which would stop you exercising for probably 6 months post recovery. It's a serious problem which you absolutely don't want if you want to continue living an active life.

No, it is not the result of nurses fucking up. It has a statistical chance of occurring because blood vessels aren't laid out like a map, it is the sort of event which is guaranteed. There are procedures(aspirating, new jab site) that can greatly reduce the risk. The lack of a response on the matter is stupid as it shows they will not acknowledge and address any problem, even those with direct remediation. Their agenda is too important to save these lives.
Now, there are some reasons why they might not want to address the injection procedure as it likely opens them up to liability or at least some litigation. Changing injection site to the vastus lateralis is as simple as it gets and it is a shame they haven't done this.

Some other docs like Drosten say aspiration would lead to micro fissures and increase the chance of getting into the blood.
Ultimately it seems unavoidable, the real issue would be how we deal with this in boosters for young men.
In the EU nation I live in you only count as vaccinated up to 9 months after the first dose, and there's no end to the restrictions in sight.
