I just figured out and fully understand how to count and do math in base 8 without using any outside material or explanations, to the point where I can teach it. This was exhilirating. Is this what it feels like to be a mathematician?
This is the most accomplished thing Ive done with math so far independently. Am I gonna make it? It is my first big step ever. Or is this some mathlet shit that I shouldve realized a long time ago?
