They adapted to tough workloads since a young age (living by a rigorous work ethic is common in most Asian cultures), so it's definitely possible. In my opinion, the key differences between the overworked chinks and the apeniggers are the social stigma and beliefs of their respective societies. Academically underperforming chinese kids are regularly beaten to death, and the Chinese people seemingly approves of this. This would obviously enforce a sense of responsibility in the chinks, giving them an urge to bring about positive change to themselves. On the contrary we have niggers popularizing homicide, theft, and other animalistic behaviour in popular media. And this is accessible to most black kids. How the hell would you expect them to put in effort when the very concept of responsibility is shunned? So in short, I believe that this has to do more with the differences in upbringing and cultural beliefs rather than racial disparities in human cognitive abilities.

It has a TRILLION dollar economy, over 100 million citizens, huge natural reserves of oil and minerals, they speak one language, have no military enemies, no internal religious conflicts, and share a border with a country they can export any product they make to.
