its not stress i think like when i am stressed i keep grinding my teeth in sleep which makes them hurt. i think very bad anxiety and the resulting dissociation is causing my health problems

One time I was so anxious and convinced I had a deadly disease that I saw the skin in a circle around my bellybutton get dark red and clearly felt it badly burning. I watched it turn red, burn and go back to normal before my eyes. As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with me. I also have a problem with butt itching and burning that correlates with my stress levels. I don't get how that shit works either.
