What should I supplement Khan academy maths courses with?

I'm learning maths from khan academy, and I think I have holes in knowledge. I'm current on the last part of Math2, and while I have a solid grasp on the stuff I've learned so far, I'm limited in how I can apply them. I think the problem is that I'm exposed to a small problem set, so I while I have the fundamentals and can learn how to solve new problems quite easily, I'm not exposed to quite as many problems as I should.
>Did i diagnose my problem correctly?
>What should I do to fix this? Turn to books perhaps?
I already have stewart's precalculas book since wiki told me to do it after finishing khan academy.
tldr: Learning math on khan academy. Can do khan academy tests well, but have a hard time with others problems with variations. I understand what I'm learning way more than I did in HS. Should I keep going with this and hope I'll fill these inadequacies as I finish math3 and do stewart's precalc book? On the whole, KA has been immensely helpful.
