Division

Can someone refresh me on the conventions for repeating numbers in division?
From what I can remember:
>a bar over the last digit indicates a singular repeating number (E.g. 3.33, repeating of course).
>an ellipsis indicates a repeating pattern (E.g. 6.5454...)
>r. is used to indicate a remainder (but so far as I remember we stopped doing this in grade school)
Are there any I missed?
Also, with the ellipsis, should the repeating pattern be indicated twice (e.g. 6.5454...) or only once? (e.g. 6.54...)
