Need to get vax for school and might not go because of it. Worried the vax is dangerous for your immune system and that it is not as effective as stated. Essentaily can someone convince me to get the vaccine with data / science.

There are many more papers on this topic that I can post. The main point is that it's both safe and effective. But don't get your info from /pol/, or actually from /sci/ for that matter. Read the papers if you want to, but best thing is to just chat with your doctor.

Anon it just creates antibodies and slowly after a while these antibodies break apart and get absorbed. If your immune system finds the antigen that your antibodies can bind to it triggers the production and then create the antibody. That's all that happens. There is no way for this to negatively effect your immune system. Worst case is the virus mutates so your antibodies no longer have any antigens to bind to so nothing happens and you have to produce antibodies the natural way.

There is no real long term effects other then your cells remembering the antibody. Plus your body creates the same exact antibody under infection with covid.

maybe getting injected with the mRNA it creates too many antibodies temporarily or some shit this could be possible but sooner or later they will just all break apart and the effects will be temporary. This is why side effects like myocarditis that is sometimes is induced by the vaccine is temporary.

I'm young, healthy and had already caught covid earlier this year. The reasons I dont want to take it is because I dont want to support the greedy pharma companies and their bully tactics plus I should already be immune from already catching it. Where's this greed nonsense now coming from? Either way, immunity from previous infection will indeed help you, though that also doesn't last indefinitely. A vaccination post-infection will give you hybrid immunity, and you'll be good to go for quite some time.
