Is it the "brain not fully developed until 25" a meme or not? I hear a lot of people peddle it around in their arguments for consent laws and who should be truly be considered adult, but I hear the prefrontal cortex also never really stops developing until we die. So which is it? Why does it feel like they're infantilizing young adults and moving the goalposts?
