Is there a cure for obssessive compulsive disorder anons? I'm asking out of desperation. My intrusive thoughts have gotten worse.

my brother has it, pretty fucked up condition because it seems like you can only take the edge off it and not 'cure' it as such. He finds a lot of relief in some online ocd support communities and trying to convert the intrusive thoughts anxiety into something creative like writing. Not much you can do other than making it more bearable though, it's fucked up, hope you can find a way for a good balance in your life, definitely let your doctor know that the intrusive thoughts have gotten worse

also as someone says, eat well, you would be surprised how that can alleviate a lot of the associated anxiety
