>dating under 30s women
>am highest tier of STEM lord
>been on dates with 10 + STEM phd/msc women from UK ivy equivalents
>every single one of them either outright hate their jobs or have taken "stem" as a job just as any other
>absolutely no passion, like every single male scientist I've ever met
The thing I don't understand is... it's a huge cost to STEM at a high level, you'd easily get 2x the salary managing a shoe store... yet these women pushed themselves into STEM jobs at tier one (top 20 global universities) etc but absolutely hate it, don't give a shit about the field, joined the first field that would take them with no direction.
Science isn't some job like an accountant at a random insurance company in your city you fucking pieces of shit.
A prestigious position that you have no passion for and no desire to make a career with is fucking worthless, and doesn't make your "cv" look good.
