> I constantly have to do rituals and repeat my actions in order to make an intrusive thought disappear
> My OCD recently became very severe
> The pain is unbearable, I cannot live normally

When I try to ignore these intrusive thoughts, it feels so painful. I feel like I am getting a heart attack. I cannot distinguish what is real or not anymore, I am psychologically destroyed
What should I do?
