Isaacman paid $200 million to spend three days in orbit, with three other people in a tiny Dragon, with 9 m3 of internal volume. It's similar to Below Orbit, tiny capsule, but you get to experience the feeling of weightlessness and get to see Earth from space.
And in order to make Starship more accessible, SpaceX will certainly try to find the golden mean between personal space and the number of passengers. For comparison, a theoretical 100-passenger Starship gives about 4 times more volume per person than Dragon for 4 people.
However, more people mean more food, water, toilets, etc. I don't know how much space they can take, even 50 people sound realistic.
Also, I think I don't have to say the obvious, but the more people they can launch, the lower the price gets so such flight starts being more accessible, maybe even to middle-class people, instead of multimillionaires/billionaires.
