If you respect yourself and see your own value, and enforce people do the same in a social setting, people will act as if you're respectable and valuable. Try to be super rational and empathetic in a general way. Writing this makes me think this is way too general to actually be useful but if you spend time conversing with people you'll find yourself being irrational, emotional and apathetic towards other people all the time if you pay attention.
A useful general rule might be: spend a lot more time conversing with people. Also just be ridiculously positive, and when people give you shit about it, give them shit back, being overly cynical is a mental crutch weak people use to justify their failures.

Standing your ground when you think you're right is very important as well, that means having well thought out perspectives and being good at communicating them. You need to have a good understanding of shit-tests and be able to shit-test back.

All people are extremely transparent about their values if you just pay attention. If they don't communicate their intentions, they're hiding something, don't trust people who hide things from you, it's not super complicated.

Also, many women don't care a lot if a guy is fat. Patrice O'Neill was handsome, very tall and had a strong build, he also didn't manipulate women, he was just really funny and socially adept on top of all that.
