It's plausible. The vector based vaccines (J&J and AZ-Oxford) have weird, non-local effects that manifest in some important arteries, while the mRNA vaccines have a very mild heart inflammation. Both are a plausible effect of vaccine being injected in the blood stream and causing inflammation in an unfortunate place.

i got my first pfizer jab yesterday and asked for aspiration and the nurse said they don't do that anymore, but explained the area on the deltoid they inject in has a low chance to hit a muscle.
i'm in the red zone as far as myo/pericarditis goes so it was a crap shoot either way. spent the entire day afterwards packing up my room because i'm moving house, slept like a baby. couldnt lay on my side cos my arm felt like someone punched it but besides that i was fine. feeling good today.

i was nervous and i did a lot of reading up on things beforehand, and i agree with it being a big money grab from pharma but it's mostly absolute schizos (inb4 controlled opposition/paid actors) screaming about it.
