you can say that the stars are moving back and forth on the interior of a hollow sphere around the earth, and that each individual star experiences a different magnitude of oscillation
but then you would be retarded
ultimately, i don't believe there are any diy experiments to prove earth is a non-inertial frame of reference; tidal effects and differences in centrifugal forces are too subtle, orbital characteristics require billions of dollars to test in any direct way, etc.
