I've heard there's some ligament or something that wears down over time and causes your cock to appear bigger over time as you age. As in there's a ligament or something that's tight in younger guy's anatomy (somewhere beneath the scrotum or something idk) and through normal wear and tear it causes the dick to droop and hang. This is why older guys seem a bit more hangy/droopy/bigger in general. It's more hangy but not really "bigger"
