But I think you should take 3 things to heart:
1. Stop mourning your failures. That's pointless and only makes things worse. Instead, focus on your next goals and the other things you can/must do. There's an entire universe of interesting things for you to engage in, and that's what you enrolled in math for. Not for you to be sad because le bad grade
2. Don't study right before the exam. Trust me, your learning experience and your grades improve dramatically once you start studying over the semester as opposed to studying before your exams. You'll have more time to do exercises, work on your shortcomings and will also be significantly less stressed out
3. Figure out what works for you as you study. There's no magic formula, but you can figure things out along the way if you take the approach I suggested above. Also, talk to your friends/classmates who have performed better than you or who have already taken the course before and passed, and see what advice they can give you. Don't do things the hard way just because you're too stubborn to ask your peers for advicr
