How do you guys go on about shit like that? It feels like rote memorisation is a tad too inefficient and I would actually like to retain some of the infos.
I do watch Huberman occassionally but can't say I remember much helpful advise except for sleep well and listen to white noise while studying, didn't watch all of his vids though so might be wrong.
