What does that mean?
It means you need to back up the plunger of the syringe a bit, to check if you hit muscle (IM) or a blood vessel (IV). IV is bad news, even Pfizer explicitly says so.
However, the WHO and the CDC are actively recommending AGAINST this simple precaution. Why? Are they literally paid by the mayopericarditis?
