Why is it phrased like that? Just state how much was saved. No need to say "we saved X but we also spent Y so the real savings are Z". Plus the wording is ambiguous "cost for all users" could mean for each user or for the entire company. If its for the entire company then you dont need to reference users. The math is trivial but these shit questions are designed to trip students. Learn to write dumbfuck.

Ambiguity is a good way to assess how your student thinks through problems. I intentionally ask ambiguous questions.
