Masculinity is helpful for short term and emergency situations but in the long term, to build a civilization you need more feminine or androgynous people who will play along and have high impulse control. The problem here is which is better, femininity or androgyny? Femininity seems like the opposite of masculinity but sadly it's still emotionally bound like masculinity so it explains why most females have average IQ and few outliners unlike males who are all over the place. Perhaps androgyny is nullification of both sides and thus best for peak intelligence of the human race? Though it might look like that because androgyny is still more assertive than femininity and thus we don't really acknowledge the long term results of femininity that require better settings for it to start working better.
