no because water boils at 100 C and the point of cooking things in boiling water is because we know exactly what the temperature is at. gold melts at like 1000 C so you would need a hotter heat source to melt it and even then it's not atomized. the only way to get metals into your body is through chelated salts that release the metal under some condition that it'll encounter somewhere in your digestive tract.

Technically yes but gold is insoluble in water so the gold in the water would only be microscopic pieces that broke off due to erosion and would be a very insignificant amount (probably too low to measure)
