I know that you cant supercavitating on air, but could you use a supercavitating nose to create a low pressure "bubble" and reduce the drag?

how do you inject something lighter than air, or make air even lighter? The drag reduction from carrying extra H2 or He defeat itself with added volume and weight to carry them.
