definitely ssri's. A lot of those prescribed ssri's for less severe anxiety/depression will rant about how these class of drugs turned them into emotional zombies and numbed them into oblivion, but I feel if your aliments are effecting your ability to study or work or get out of bed or socialise, you feel emotions(or the absence of them) much more strongly than other people and ssri's will definitely help. I noticed that they blunted my emotions, which for someone, that was incredibly emotional about little things, made life so much easier and brought my emotional regularity more into line with those that are no where near as neurotic, allowing me to cope with the normal demands of life without too much side effects.
