I currently work in a BI role and the top performer in my team. We do nothing more complex than the chi square test but even then my team members lag behind.
A few weeks ago my manager recommended me to get a data science certification or a master's degree to move into it. He thinks that it is somehow more advanced than what we do currently. Is this true?
