Unironically Pfizer based on the known data if you trust it. Least risky to most risky:

Pfizer -- 30g shot; 1/28,000 chance of myocarditis for under-25s with majority of cases mild/self-limiting and with zero deaths overall (latest Ontario data); prefusion-stabilized spike protein
Moderna -- 100g shot; 1/5,000 chance of myocarditis for under-25s with majority of cases mild/self-limiting and with zero deaths overall (latest Ontario data); prefusion-stabilized spike protein
J&J -- TTS risk with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis being much harder to treat than myocarditis/pericarditis; prefusion-stabilized spike protein
AstraZeneca -- TTS risk with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis being much harder to treat than myocarditis/pericarditis; actual viral spike protein
COVID while unvaxxed -- significantly greater chance of any of the adverse sides associated with the vaccines, the possible exception being for myocarditis for healthy people around 15 and younger

The 1 in 26,000 number he's quoting is from Israeli Ministry of Health data that was just released, using a sample size of 2.4 million. And of that 1 in 26,000, 95% chance it was mild and did not leave permanent scarring.
