You don't have to "trick" your body into making cum. Your body is largely a dedicated cum factory. It's just that unhealthy diets cut down on the efficiency. If you want what specifically worked for me, it was keto - there was a noticeable increase in volume pretty quickly after starting. (As in, my partner said, "you're cumming more lately.") The only thing you might want to specifically supplement is vitamin D, if you can't be outside enough.
For potency/sperm count, I don't really know because i never cared to research that.
