ejaculation and prostate health

No.13730181 ViewReplyOriginalReport
An Australian study involving 1,079 men with prostate cancer and 1,259 healthy men found that "there is evidence that the more frequently men ejaculate between the ages of 20 and 50, the less likely they are to develop prostate cancer":

[T]he protective effect of ejaculation is greatest when men in their twenties ejaculated on average seven or more times a week. This group were one-third less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer when compared with men who ejaculated less than three times a week at this age.[36]

well /sci/? I see NoFap pushed here, saying that porn and frequent ejaculation rots your brain. Is the key to healthy prostate: ejaculate frequently without porn?
>inb4 have sex
i don’t believe in sex before marriage so that’s not possible for me for a while.

also, correlation doesn’t equal correlation, so should we take this study seriously?

thank you!
