Quora says yes. So in theory the only thing stopping me from raising an army of offspring is some egg donors, some chimpanzees, and a lot of money. What are you scientific opinions on this?

Less expensive and fewer rights than humans. Could essentially have a farm for producing babies. Not that I’d want to hurt them any more that necessary. Could ideally keep them in a sort of coma-like state so they aren’t scared or in pain.
