I know on this board there are a lot of IFLS types and PC authoritarians who support social media censorship and want to label people as "conspiracy theorists" if they have any criticisms whatsoever of COVID-19 related policies and public discourse, but can we now acknowledge that concerns about the origins of COVID are perfectly legitimate, and that the actual """anti-science""" partisan ideologues were the people trying to shut down any and all discussion of such topics under the pretext that any such concerns were just racist right wing, conspiracies?

I mean, the articles on SARS-CoV-2 gain of function research that took place in Wuhan are literally available on sites like pubmed and have been since the beginning of the pandemic, and many scientists, and government officials have expressed concerns about the origins of COVID, but social media sites, SJWs, and popular news publications (not academic journals) have refused to allow open discussion of the topic, and have consistently hurled ad hominems and strawman arguments at anyone expressing legitimate concerns about the origins of COVID-19 and the obvious attempt by the mainstream media to censor such discussion. Even the Lancet, one of the most scientific journals in the world has expressed similar concerns. Pic related.
