Just humor me here. If there were a mechanism by which the Pfizer two-dose covid vaccine series could cause greatly premature male pattern balding, what would it be? Asking for a friend.

By containing toxic metals. I don't know. That's not even my point. My point is simply that as far as you and I know, there could be dozens of different mechanisms to disrupt hair growth, and combined with regular mechanisms of balding, they could look like accelerated male pattern balding.
