By doing what you think you'd be better at had you an IQ of 115.
Meditation would also help, but you have to go pretty deep for it to have an effect on your IQ. When you are able to watch your thoughts without clinging onto them, you realize there's a big space in your head where you can hold large structures and play with them.

I took an IQ test as a teenager in order to see if i had autism (i do not). I had an IQ of 89. I don't know what my IQ is now, it should probably be a little bit lower. I make 110k as a programmer (devops). I'm pretty decent at my job.
I don't know what to tell you, i'm not particularly smart according to the IQ test i took i guess, but i have the life i wanted and i feel pretty satisfied, for now at least.

Programming in many countries is seen as blue collar work. Software design and architecture requires more but unless you're designing something very complex you don't need 120

Nah, 95 is more than enough for most programming jobs. One of my best friends has an IQ of 98 (almost one standard deviation above the average of my country) and she does just fine as a programmer. For comparison, her mother earns around 1450 dollars a year, and she's currently making almost 2700 in her first year with barely any knowledge of any language besides C++.

you can pretty much do whatever you want, so long as you dont' want to be a chess world champion. Look at Sonia Sotomayor, she's 105 IQ at best and she's a supreme court justice.
