I'd choose rehab on the basis that there is no meaning to existence. Nihilism is the truth and that we should abide by the actual truth so that we may base foundings on usability and reality. Since nothing matters, murder and death are meaningless, so that means humans should be free from thematics since this is a chaotic and random reality.
Thought murder and death are not favorable, they should still not cater to the hands that dealt such things for it is better to "turn the other cheek" per say, when going through that.
