a + 2b = pi

s = br

a = 2 * arcsin(c/(2r))

Therefore:

2 * arcsin(c/(2r)) + 2(s/r) = pi

I don't know how to solve for r from here.

I would have said
s = br
c = 2 r cos(b)
Hence
c = 2 r cos (s/r)

c = 2*cos(theta)
theta = s/r
c = 2*cos(s/r)
Now just solve for r,
arccos(c/2) = s/r
r = s/arccos(c/2)

The question is more challenging if you're not allowed to use trigonometric functions.
