I like the idea. I don't like how absolutely off the rails students get once they get into college. They will never experience more sex, drugs, partying, dancing, drinking, etc.
If you don't think those things are wrong, then fine, but these should be institutions of knowledge and learning, not a chance for wild youths to finally breath. In a single sex institute, the students can either be gay, or do their homework.
Looking back in school girls were so distracting for us. It added a new pressure on us when the main thing on our mind should have been to focus on studies. And they didn't even talk to each other, it was only the popular guys talking to the girls, the guys would just sit there in there pre-nut stained shorts fantasizing about their crush instead of paying attention to the lesson. It blows my mind how they think it's okay to mix young people considering their raging hormones.
