Africans don't need innovation to hunt antelope with spears, they can't learn to farm because they're too busy hunting antelope with spears
all their time is spent staying alive and doing the same shit - they are fighting against evolution which is slow af so there's no room to innovate or learn.
The whiteboi & greeks, europa, etc on the other hand had to farm & stay warm because there were no antelope to chase after with spears. Farming gave people free time, free time breeds specialities, specialities breed innovation.
Then obviously intelligence & stability was genetically rewarded (cant live very long if you burn down your farms) and in the time it took for black people to become white, the brain had developed into something smart.
Sub-Saharan Africans were literally left in the dust genetically because they didn't farm or build anything. Dominance and violence was rewarded, stability and intelligence was not (burning down and killing your buddies doesn't matter when food is scarce & 1 man can do the job of 4 - killing the lesser males means you pass your violent and dominant genes on making violent and dominant kids)
