if you already know how to factorize polynomials, deal with powers, roots, logarithm properties, how to graph functions and find functions roots you're done.

Precalc as a class is a scam.

As far as I can tell, the only real benefit that precalc has over going straight from Algebra to Calculus is that you get introduced to and familiarized with working with i. But that really doesn't need to be its own class.
