Is this true? Quantum mechanics violates conservation of energy?

If you measure a particle's velocity in a really small time, its speed gets really high due to the uncertainty principle. Does that energy appear from thin air?

It's another expression of the uncertainty principle.

Said in another way, if you get a particle trapped in a smal space (delta x is very small) then it's momentum it's very great (delta p is big), and therefore its kinetic energy raises considerably. Where foes this energy come from?

The greatest mind of the last quarter of the 20th century decided that not only do particles appear out of nothing, violating conservation of energy, but of the matter/anti-matter pairs that appear out of nothing near the event horizon of a black hole, some percentage of them lose a partner into the black hole. This leaves the matter or antimatter remaining without a partner with which to annihilate itself before it can be observed. it takes a lot of energy to measure something's precision to a high degree of accuracy.
for instance, when you image with waves, you get higher resolution with shorter waves. for light, shorter wavelengths correspond to higher energies. the energy used to measure the particle can get transfer to the particle

but shouldn't the particle's energy be bounded by conservation of energy? I should then be able to make an estimation of the particle's energy and get more information

like i can use the law of the conservation of energy to compute things
