It's very easy for a male, in a moment of horniness, to convince himself that, somehow, committing sexual abuse won't harm the victim. That's how most sexual abuse happens. His morals, as strong as they are, can NOT be the only barrier between him and children.
Chastity cages are an option. If he has to unlock the chastity cage before having the chance of doing anything, then he will have one more opportunity to stop doing it.
Of course, goes without saying that he should avoid being near children. Like, he needs to actively make situations awkward just to avoid children.
