No it's zero.
Look into hitomi analysis, it explains why you need the reduction otherwise you don't preserve the unit.

because i spent 0.1 seconds thinking about it. looking at it for 0.2 seconds i'd just cancel the x factors and get lim x->0; -x^2/4, which is 0
