Curious how many here are teachers/profs, and in what countries. Assuming primarily US.

What the fuck is even going to happen to catch up? Is the whole of public education going to collapse on itself? Will we just adjust standards so we pat highschoolers on the head and move them along, if they can add and subtract and write a basic sentence?
