Other way around, Biontech is a research firm with limited production capability, they needed to partner with a big pharma firm to manufacture at scale, and settled on Pfizer - they have a profit sharing deal and Biontech is also making a killing.

Vaccines for any respiratory virus, which spreads through respiratory droplets and/or aerosol, administrated to the blood stream or muscle can stop transmission since they only produce anti-bodies in the blood stream and not in the mucus or the saliva.

They're not correct. I found a study showing that the mRNA vaccines led to antibodies being displayed in the nasal mucosa. With that said, they probably don't remain there for very long, or in high amounts, otherwise we wouldn't have vaccinated people getting infected and spreading to others. My understanding for other vaccines delivered via the nose is that they don't lead to long lasting immunity.

Well BioNTech is a company. Comirnaty is a brand name trademarked back in June, along with other names. But BioNTech is what's on the labels, and without having to relabel all vials, they chose to keep the older EUA until those vials are used up and then move onto Comirnaty for long term use. They've stated the formulation is the same, so a change in formulation would violate the FDA's approval.

To add to this, there's numerous restrictions when it comes to FDA approval for prescription drug names. It's possible BioNTech was acceptable for an EUA, but not for a fully approved drug.

The world is not the USA, and the drug companies are liable in the EU, which has a larger population than the USA. There is nothing coercive about the contracts more than any other purchase agreement, countries were lining up to get their hands on vaccines.

No it is not approved for every possible use in every possible patient. It is only approved for a specific use -- vaccination against the virus that causes Covid-19 -- and for certain people -- adults over 16. So if you are under 16, I guess you can argue to your employer that you don;t want to take a vaccine under an EUA, if you want to try that. Good luck.
