they are. the question is if both were under the same ideal circumstances would they end up with same outcome? if not what caused this difference and how can it be fixed? (ethnic cleansing isn't an option since it causes more bad than good)

IQ is 42% genetic, 50% result of non-shared environments and 8% result of shared environments. African Americans have an average IQ of 85. If all 8% that's result of shared environments is missing, then 85 points should be 92% of their total potential IQ, so they can never reach 100 on average.

that's not conclusive proof that justifies drastic action. even if the difference in the mean was 100% due to genetics, it can be resolved with selection. if only the intelligent african americans bred the mean would eventually be equal to whites. society doesn't promote this to any race

you can do this to the blackest africans too. intelligence is normally distributed so it's very probable that there is a 100% african person with IQ 150. if there is a genetic difference in intelligence it arose due to selection and melanin isn't related to intelligence

Remember some Phd student shared iq of tribes from Turkmenistan and there was one obscure tribe scoring 118, while average for Turkmenistan was 96. I don't even think it's 42% genetic, more likely double of that.

There have been estimates around 80%, but they come from adopted twin studies and are largely inflated. Conditions in the womb, which are non-shared environmental factors, can affect monozygotic twins equally. BTW, do you have the sauce for the turkmenistan thing?

I don't have, maybe someone has a screen. But I remember it was an ongoing study. Some phd student at local university was doing countrywide iq tests and he shared some of his preliminary results. From what I remember differences were quite drastic, ranging from 90 to 118 for one small town called Halach. I remember that clearly, because I looked up that place on google map and google images. Looked like a third world shithole. Also, this video with strange dance.

what i am saying is not racist. africans (ik this is over generalization) have great traits like dark skin, longer legs, big lips, wider jaws, wide noses, hip width, etc. those traits are good and shouldn't be removed just like how fair skin is a great trait that shouldn't disappear. the traits that should be selected for are intelligence.
racists irrationally hate dark skin, wide noses, big lips, etc. it's tribe mentality on steroids. also racism is based more on culture rather than just looks

More fair testing results on an average IQ of 82 for SSA. With 1:3 genetic influence from negroids and caucasoids, and considering h^2 = 0.42, that would leave you with the estimate that the average african american IQ should be ~84. Case in point, it's 85.
