Have to decide to take the vaccine or not

I'm a 23 year old male from the mediterranean. I work out, and I'm healthy.
I have the second pfizer shot tomorrow, I felt sick for a week after the first one. I'm an entrepeneur, and I'm in the middle of a fucked up time period at work, in which I have to be up and working almost 24/7. Before taking the second one, I want to ask anons a few questions. Please help me decide
>For how long the partecipants to the test trials have been examined through double blind?
>How do we comprare the partecipants to the control group since the control group has been vaxxed as well?
>Apparently, at the peak of antibodies presence in blood, efficacy against infection is around 70% for the alpha variant. Isn't it very, very little, especially considering people are gettibg vacicnated in waves and didn't get vaccinated during lockdowns?
>How does the efficacy against the delta variant compares to the efficacy against alpha? I read somewhere protection against delta is way less than efficacy against alpha
>In Israel, almost everyone received two doses. How come they had such a huge spike?
>How do we know that myocarditis cases for younglins aren't over/underrepresented?
