If the Earth suddenly slowed it's rotation down so that days lasted 30 hours instead of 24 hours, would the human body's wake-sleep cycle extend and it would be normal to stay up for say, for example, 20 hours and sleep for 10 hours? Since the sun would be "out" for longer the body and mind would think it's still day time (which it would be)
