I'm trying to figure out how I can find unmapped tunnels from ground surface. I am wondering if there are any devices/technology that can detect unmapped tunnels available for purchase

Detection would be more trouble than its worth. Ironically, going after old and outdated documentation would be your best shot of finding abandoned tunnels and infrastructure.

The tunnels I'm looking for are very much kept secret. The only suggestion I've seen is using ground penetrating radar or to just go find the entrance. Starting to think finding the entrance is more worth while than running tests all across the city.
