You'd get more mileage from many smaller devices but the logistics of that as a singular person seem impossible.
To get around either you'd need to scale up the operation, in terms of additional people. Which, at that point, to destroy all tech you'd be better off founding some kind of religious or cult like following that would work to "de-techs-ify" (play on detoxify) their lives and live a peaceful life. At first just for your community, then you'd need extremists to push this no -tech lifestyle on others.
If your goal is global, I think a grass roots mind virus cult is likely your most effective approach.
